About Us

Little Monkeys is a family run toy shop in Peebles, an historic small town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Our shop is a treasure trove of traditional and unusual toys. We specialise in well designed wooden toys which we consider to be attractive, tactile and long lasting.

We stock Le Toy Van, Papo
Plan Toys, House of Marbles and
Lanka Kade (one of our Fair Trade companies). We also stock some of the better known brands like Fuzzy Felt and Galt.

We feel it's important that children learn when they play. Toys should provide hours of fun and excitement but also encourage imaginative play, improve development and educate.
